I'm back

I just finished my finals 2 weeks ago, so I have some free time now. :) Anyways about this dead group, there's nothing much except that I have all these new interesting manhwa raws without a translator. Ugh, the frustration! I can never make up my mind, I keep telling myself that it's better to just provide chapter translations summaries, but a part of me still hopes that someone would join this group in translating these projects for scanlation.

Thank you everyone for your interest in applying for the several positions and I'm sorry I have not replied yet. :( I want to say welcome to our group my new proofreaders/editors/etc., but without a active translator there really is no hope of releasing any work and so you guys would be left hanging with nothing to do. :(

I guess I have to suck up my pride and go asking other groups again to lend me their translators. :P

Come on, I don't bite please join! I really need Korean translators!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M NOT DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all! Please forgive me for not updating the site for two months; I know it’s pretty lame considering that we are a new group with having only released 2 chapters. So here come the excuses. First I would have to say it was extremely foolish of me to create a group when I had to work part-time plus taking 6 classes last semester, one of them was a keystone course that I had to write a 50 page research paper for, which I was working on during most of my winter break. T.T

So this time around I'm going to work harder on getting things done, that means cracking down on working projects. Of course, I have fewer courses this semester and most of them are just filler, so that means I will have time to manage the site and do some editing.

I've had to cut down on a few projects because I don't think I will be able to handle a long list of projects. Also I plan to start the "Boy from the Moon" first since I actually have the raws for this manhwa. As soon as I find a dedicated translator I will begin scanning in the other works.

Projects:

Rure
Boy from the Moon
Shining

Please apply for a position! I really need a Korean Translator!

...due to my sudden hiatus I ended up losing all of my members. I'm so sorry guys! T.T

Hell0ooooo! Anyone here?

Hi all here's our very first release of Because I Love You~story 10. Sorry for the long wait, actually this chapter was finished quite some time ago, but I was waiting to see if a proofreader would show up. I guess not, but I personally think it's fine as it is, it's all thanks to our wonderful Serendipitous for translating this chapter! XD

Again, we're still looking for Korean translators, editors, and proofreaders!

This is exciting news because we will be able to start releasing our projects soon.:D Also, another announcement is that we are going to picking up a new project called Because I Love You (mir2030s) an online webtoon recommended by the sweet Serendipity! Please look forward to it I know I am!

Ahem....Testing!

Okay, I'm going to be picking up a few new manhwa titles as "test projects," basically the first few chapters will determine whether I should keep the project or drop it. "Why are you doing that since you said you won't be picking up anymore projects?" you may ask. Well, I've always had an eye on these particular manhwa wanting to know the story at least. Right, I'm so full of contradictions...so WHAT? :P

The manhwa I've been interested in is Dandy Butch, interesting title wouldn't you say? According to the translated summary I got from Google it's about a transvestite woman who happens to be a very popular model among women and men. The rest is nada I have no clue what the heck the story is all about.

The other manhwa is Anti-Lady the same author as Shining one of our other permanent projects. I really wasn't sure about this one since it seemed like it was about a bunch of chicks, but whatever I'm only basing that off the pictures so I know I'm likely to be wrong about that.

Added another project

As you can see I added The Boy From the Moon to one of the ongoing projects we will be picking up. The first group to ever scanlate this manhwa was Entropy, however after volume 1 was released the author went on hiatus. I've been a fan of this series and was quite disappointed when I heard of this news and honestly I thought the story would never be picked up like other manhwa out there (ie: Operation Liberate Men), so it's incredibly exciting that the author has picked up the series again.

And as you already may know, I'm still searching for KOREAN TRANSLATORS and EDITORS.  Please apply! :D

Hello...Me Again

To save time and the pain we (I say "we" but it's really "I" right now) will not be re-translating works that have already been done by previous groups. I don't want to go through the trouble of editing pages that have already been done by other people. Also, I myself am extremely excited to "see" what happens next and re-translating it would just slow things down and I would have to wait all over again to see what happens. I'm sure many of you feel that way, right? Anyways, this group will be mainly focused on manhwa and at the moment I don't intend to be picking up anymore projects, maybe just 2 more at most. I've seen other groups and they've been just overwhelmed with work and not finding enough people to do that work. So, I will be more realistic on what I can do and cannot do.

Still looking...

It's almost been a week and still no luck with finding any new members. :(
Right now the #1 person I'm trying to find is a Korean translator without that the group won't last for long. So far there's only TWO places that I know of that allows me to recruit. Where else should I look?

Come on people! Don't you want to read your not "so typical" shoujo manhwa like Rure or Shining? Please join, I know you are out there some where Korean translator! ^0^

Yeah for Bloody Butterfly Scans!!!

Hello, welcome to Bloody Butterfly Scans! This is a new group with only 1 member so far, can you take a guess? Me! That's right I'm the only one right now, but hopefully I will be able to recruit more people. I made the decision to actually start a scanlation group this time. I had been thinking about it since 2010, but decided that it wasn't the right time because of the work load I had. So, here I am hoping to pick up series that were left by other groups who had moved on with their lives, believe me I totally understand. Anyways, the other series are just works that have never been translated and I was always interested in finding out the story. So yes there is a motive to creating this group, not only do I make the series available to leechers, but I'm able to read them myself. There you have it, the reason why I started this group. What do you think of the group name "Bloody Butterfly Scans?" Doesn't it sound cheesy? Oh well! :P
